1. Validity
The terms and conditions set out below govern the sale and purchase of products form this website www.littlebagco.co.uk. Your agreement with these terms and conditions is confirmed by the use of our website. The Little Bag Co reserves the right at any time to amend these terms and conditions, from which time the customer is bound by these modifications. All goods remain the property of The Little Bag Co until payment in full has been received by us. The risk in the goods shall pass from the seller (the Little Bag Co) to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under all contracts between the seller and the buyer. Payment of the full price of the goods shall include the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of any contract between the seller and the buyer under which the goods were delivered.
2. Contract with the customer
The contract between The Little Bag Co and the customer comes into affect when The Little Bag Co accepts payment for a customer's order. Please note The Little Bag Co are entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of any obvious inaccuracies appearing on our website whether monetary or typographical.

4. Safety
We take safety issues very seriously. Please note the bags are not toys. They have not been tested for food suitability.
5. Pricing
The prices of the goods are those specified on the The Little Bag Co website. The price is exclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There will be an extra charge for delivery (see point 6). This is a trade website prices on application.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man & channel Islands please contact us. Delivery occurs at the point when the goods ordered by the customer have been left at the address specified. We cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring after this time. The courier will attempt one delivery and then leave a card, then a further delivery then a card will be left for you to contact the depot. Please note this is a signed for service and we cannot guarantee a time. If you have not contacted the depot then the items will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund the postage or the return postage cost.
7. The Little Bag Co Warranty
Deliveries must be checked and signed for as having been received in good condition. Any shortage or damage must be noted together with the signature. Signatures with the remark “unexamined” are not acceptable. Claims for damage or pilferage must be made in writing within 3 days of the date of the delivery/invoice, and for non-delivery or short delivery, within 7 days of the date on our dispatch note or invoice. If we are not notified of any damage/inaccuracies within the 36 hour period, we will believe your order to be in full satisfactory state and no refunds will be given.
8. Intellectual Property
All of the website design, information, data, text, graphics, logos are the property of The Little Bag Co Unauthorised use of the material or republication without the prior written consent of The Little Bag Co is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any contract arising between the customer and The Little Bag Co are governed by English Law.
10. Discounts & Pricing
We reserve the right at any time to change our pricing and discount items.
11. Privacy Policy
Any information you provide us so that we can fulfill your order is treated as confidential. From time to time we may send out mailings - newsletters or promotions. If you do not wish to receive any of these mailings, please contact us.
12. General Liability
We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or any other consequential, special or indirect losses, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, in connection to the products offered for sale on this website or their use or the manner in which we have delivered our services. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the products that you have paid for.

The Little Bag Co accepts no liability for any of the links or other businesses contained within our website. They have purely been recommended to us by customers.
14. Distance Selling laws
If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract. This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office. The Regulations do not apply to orders placed in store.
